Northwood Church is passionate about serving others in our local community and cities in South Mississippi. Every city has a special need and we are focused on doing our part to meet those needs. We accomplish this through large SERVE day events and smaller SERVE Projects.

SERVE DAYS

Serve Days are strategic LARGE outreach events in our city that we designate on certain Saturdays of each year. These outreaches are designed to make a HUGE impact in our city and are a great opportunity for us as a church to show the love of Christ. If you love small repair construction projects, cleaning, painting, picking up trash, or working with your hands to serve the community, then be on the lookout for the next SERVE Day, July 13, 2019!

SERVE PROJECTS

Serve Projects are groups of people that have discovered their passion to serve in the community. Some of our Serve Projects include small construction projects, feeding the hungry, bringing gifts to hurting families in ICU waiting rooms, visiting the children’s shelter, providing free monthly medical clinic, spending time with nursing home residents, meeting the needs of the homeless, and much more.
